We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not charge you a fee for using our matching service. We receive compensation from our network partners for successfully connecting you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use this service. By using the site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Residents of New York, West Virginia, and Vermont are not eligible to use this website.

3. Credit Check Authorization & Consent to Contact

By submitting your request, you provide written instruction under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing us and our network partners to obtain your consumer credit report to determine your eligibility. You also provide your express written consent to be contacted by us and our partners via email, telephone, or SMS messaging regarding your request, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry.

4. No Guarantee of Offers

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, a loan offer, or specific terms. Lenders set their own criteria and make all underwriting decisions independently.

5. Tribal Lender Disclosure

You may be connected to a tribal lender. Tribal lenders operate under sovereign immunity, meaning they may be exempt from state usury laws (interest rate caps) and specific state licensing requirements. Disputes with tribal lenders may need to be resolved in a tribal jurisdiction. Please review all lender terms carefully.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or loan terms. Your interactions and loan agreements with third-party lenders are strictly between you and them.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively by binding, individual arbitration. By using this site, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant Marketing UKAU LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, or the actions/decisions of any third-party lender. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
